Who We Are
A Dedicated Worm Gearbox Partner for Australian Industry
We are Ever-power — a specialist supplier of worm gear reduction units focused exclusively on serving engineering professionals, OEM equipment builders and industrial procurement teams across Australia. Our range covers three distinct material series: aluminium NMRV and NRV reducers, heavy-duty cast iron WP, WPW and WPE gearboxes, and hygienic stainless steel SSRV, SSVF and SSGM units.
Unlike general industrial distributors who list gearboxes as one of hundreds of product categories, we go deep on a single product family. That means we can offer meaningful technical guidance on ratio selection, thermal rating, shaft configuration and mounting orientation — the details that determine whether a gearbox works reliably over the life of a machine.
We operate with a commitment to transparent, English-language communication. Every enquiry is answered by someone who understands worm gear engineering — not a generic customer service team. If you need dimensional drawings, torque tables, installation guidance or a cross-reference to an existing unit, we can provide it promptly. Explore our full product range to see what we carry.
Our Principles
What Drives Everything We Do
We built Ever-power around three beliefs that shape every product decision, every enquiry response and every technical document we produce.
Specification Accuracy
We believe every gearbox we supply should be the correct gearbox. We prioritise getting the application data right over closing a sale quickly. Dimensional drawings, torque tables and installation data are provided as standard — not as an optional add-on.
Direct Communication
We respond to every technical enquiry in plain English within 24 hours. Australian engineers and procurement managers should never have to chase a supplier for a product drawing or a straight answer on availability. We aim to remove that friction entirely.
Focused Expertise
We supply worm gearboxes and nothing else. That depth of focus means we understand every configuration option in the WP series type designation system, every hygiene standard relevant to SSRV selection, and every thermal derating factor that matters in Australian summer conditions.
Our Range
Three Material Series. Every Application.
We selected our product range to cover the full spectrum of worm gearbox applications encountered in Australian industry — from lightweight automation drives to heavy-duty mining installations and hygienic food-grade environments.
NMRV / NRV
Aluminium wormwieloverbrenging
Die-cast aluminium housing with high strength-to-weight ratio and good natural heat dissipation. Standard specification for packaging machinery, conveyor systems, textile equipment and general-purpose industrial automation.
WP / WPW / WPE
Gietijzeren wormwieloverbrenging
Cast iron housings provide superior rigidity and vibration damping for shock-load applications, heavy continuous duty and outdoor installations. Single-stage and double-stage configurations cover the full range of industrial reduction requirements.
SSRV / SSVF / SSGM
Roestvrijstalen wormwieloverbrenging
Precision-cast SS304 housings with electrolytic polish for food-grade, pharmaceutical and marine applications. SSRV models share identical dimensions with the NMRV series — a direct drop-in upgrade without machine modification.
Manufacturing & Quality
Precision Manufactured. Independently Verified.
Every worm gearbox we supply is manufactured under ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification — the same standard applied across our full product range regardless of size or series. CNC hobbing machines, precision grinding equipment and coordinate measuring machines are used throughout the production process to ensure dimensional accuracy and consistent gear tooth geometry from one unit to the next.
Worm and worm gear materials
The worm shaft in our standard WP and NMRV series is hardened steel, ground to a smooth surface finish to reduce friction and heat generation during operation. The worm gear (wheel) is cast from 12-2 tin bronze — a material selected for its excellent compatibility with steel, good load distribution and resistance to scoring under boundary lubrication conditions. In our stainless steel SSRV and SSGM series, the wheel core is also SS304 to maintain full material consistency through the drivetrain.
Lubrication and thermal management
All units are supplied filled with the appropriate grade of worm gear oil for the operating temperature range. Synthetic worm gear oil (ISO VG220 to VG460 depending on ambient conditions) is used in the stainless series for compatibility with food safety requirements. Oil change intervals and lubricant specifications are provided with every product as part of our standard documentation package.
Our Process
How We Work with Australian Buyers
From the first technical enquiry to confirmed order, our process is designed to reduce the time between your requirement and the right gearbox arriving on your production floor.
Receive your application requirements
You submit your enquiry via our contact form or directly by email — including the key parameters: gearbox type, required ratio, motor power, mounting configuration and environmental conditions.
Technical review and model selection
Our team reviews your requirements against the full catalogue — checking thermal power rating, output torque, centre distance, overhung load capacity and the correct shaft direction code for your mounting geometry.
Quotation with full documentation
We respond in English within 24 hours with a firm model recommendation, dimensional drawing, torque table, and quotation. CE and ISO9001 certificates are included as standard.
Order confirmation and dispatch
Once your order is confirmed, we process and arrange shipment to Australia. Installation and maintenance documentation is dispatched with the unit.
Custom and OEM Configurations
We support OEM equipment builders who need modified configurations as a standard supply item. Common modifications include non-catalogue reduction ratios, extended shaft lengths, adapted flange patterns and specific mounting foot positions.
For ongoing OEM supply, we can discuss minimum order quantities and stocking arrangements to support your production schedule. Describe your requirements using our enquiry form and we will advise on feasibility and lead time.
Industries Served
Where Our Gearboxes Work in Australia
Our worm gearbox range has been selected to meet the specific duty cycles, environmental conditions and compliance requirements of Australia's most demanding industrial sectors.
IP55-rated cast iron units for underground conveyors, hoist drives and crusher feed systems. Self-locking output for inclined belt applications. Western Australia, Queensland and NSW coal and iron ore operations.
IP65-sealed aluminium and cast iron reducers for grain augers, seeder drives, irrigation pump heads and harvesting equipment. Compact right-angle output for tight installation geometries.
SS304 SSRV, SSVF and SSGM stainless units with electrolytic polish, food-grade lubricant and CIP compatibility. Meets Australian FSANZ hygiene requirements for direct food contact environments.
Corrosion-resistant drives for aerator paddles, sludge scrapers, chemical dosing pumps and valve actuators. Suitable for continuous operation in high-humidity environments with aggressive media exposure.
Compact worm reducers for solar tracker azimuth and elevation drives, biomass feed screws and small wind yaw systems. High reduction ratios in a single stage reduce component count.
Reliable torque output for roller conveyor drives, sortation systems, packaging lines and automated storage. Flange-mount and hollow-shaft variants minimise installation time on OEM production equipment.
Our Commitment
What You Can Expect from Every Interaction
We hold ourselves to a consistent standard across every enquiry, quotation and order. These are not aspirational statements — they are the baseline we operate from.
Every enquiry from Australia is answered by our technical team in English within one business day. Time-zone awareness is built into our communication schedule.
Dimensional drawings, torque-ratio tables, installation guide, lubrication specification and certification documents are included with every order as standard — not as a paid extra.
We will flag a specification concern before an order is placed — not after delivery. If a requested model is not appropriate for the stated application, we will say so and recommend the correct alternative.
Quality system certification and CE conformity documentation can be provided in advance for compliance, tender or customs purposes. Request them in your initial enquiry or at any point during the process.
