What to include in your enquiry

The more detail you provide, the faster we can respond with the right specification. Helpful details: gearbox series (or equivalent model), required reduction ratio, input power (kW), mounting configuration, duty cycle and environment.

Looking for a specific model?

Our product catalogue covers aluminium NMRV, cast iron WP series and stainless steel SSRV, SSVF and SSGM units with full dimensional drawings and torque tables. You can also visit our About page to learn more about Ever-power's quality standards and manufacturing background.

How to Get the Fastest Response

Our engineering team can respond with a firm quotation or a product recommendation within 24 hours — provided your enquiry includes the key application parameters below.

01

Gearbox Type & Series

Specify whether you need aluminium (NMRV / NRV), cast iron (WP / WPW / WPE) or stainless steel (SSRV / SSVF / SSGM). If you are replacing an existing unit, note the brand and model number — we can cross-reference to our range.

02

Required Reduction Ratio

State your input speed (rpm) and required output speed (rpm), or the nominal ratio directly. For applications needing ratios above 100:1, our double-stage WPE series is the appropriate starting point — note this in your message.

03

Input Power & Duty Cycle

Provide motor power in kW and the expected daily running hours. Continuous 24-hour duty affects the thermal rating of the gearbox and may require a larger centre distance than torque alone would suggest. Shock load conditions (heavy, medium, smooth) should also be noted.

04

Mounting Configuration

Indicate the required shaft direction — solid output shaft, hollow shaft, or IEC motor flange. For WP series units, specify the output shaft orientation (A, S, O, X, T or V) as this determines the correct sub-model. Mounting position (horizontal, vertical, inclined) is also relevant.

05

Environment & Protection

Describe the installation environment — outdoor, indoor, washdown, food-grade, marine or corrosive atmosphere. This determines whether standard aluminium or cast iron is suitable, or whether a stainless steel SS304 unit is required. State the required IP rating if known.

06

Quantity & Timeline

Let us know the quantity required and any project timeline constraints. For OEM or ongoing supply arrangements, we can discuss stocking agreements and modified specifications. Sample or single-unit orders are also welcome.

Worm gearbox technical detail
Yes. Dimensional drawings (2D and, where available, 3D STEP files), torque-ratio tables and installation guidelines are available for every model. You can request these via the contact form above, or they will be supplied with your quotation as a matter of course.
Yes. The SSRV series uses the same installation dimensions and flange codes as the NMRV aluminium series. It is a direct mechanical drop-in replacement with an SS304 housing — no machine modifications are required. The wheel core and housing are SS304; the worm gear is 12-2 tin bronze. Surface finish is electrolytic polish suitable for CIP cleaning cycles.
The double-stage WPEA / WPES / WPEO series covers ratios from 1/100 to 1/3600 in standard catalogue configurations. Centre distance combinations run from 40-70 up to 155-250. If your application requires a ratio not shown in our standard tables, please describe your input and output speed requirements and we will identify the closest match or advise on a custom configuration.
Yes. ISO9001:2000 certification and CE conformity documentation are available for all series. These can be provided as PDF documents with your order confirmation or on request in advance of placing an order. Please note this in the message field of your enquiry.
Yes. The WP and WPW series support a wide range of shaft direction codes (A, S, O, X, T, V) and can be supplied with IEC motor flanges (D suffix), hollow-shaft output (K suffix) or combined configurations. Describe your mounting requirements in the enquiry form and we will confirm the correct model code.
Yes. Sample and single-unit orders are accepted. We work with maintenance engineers, small OEM builders and individual procurement managers across Australia. Submit your enquiry via the form and we will confirm availability and pricing by return email.
