2. More reliable and stable: take the advanced squeeze casting process with the higher density materials. The mechanics
performance is upgraded to at least 20% higher than the low-pressure casting.
Whenever the motor is in a power consumption or power-on status, the reducer always keeps the normal operation and isn’t limited
by the direction of rotation. It can effectively solve the break of hypoid gear.
Perfectly combining the new high-precision spiral gears and the hardened helical gears, the transmission efficiency reaches up to
96%.
The data is approved by National Quality Inspection Center.
Running with rated load, the oil temperature is measured according to 40% of the working time. Lower temperature of oil can extend
the aging of oil seal; the new design for the sealing of shaft and the unique control system can effectively solve the leakage of
oil which happens regularly in the market.
Two-stage transmission: the first stage takes the new type of spiral gear friction drive. The gear pair has the advantages of
lower noise, the stable transmission as the traditional worm gear, the better shock absorption. The second stage takes the helical
gearing transmission due to more vibration and noises influenced by the rotate speed of the helical gear.
We adopts finite element strength analysis on key components in order to guarantee the quality of each part can be optimized to
the utmost extent and support the products with the stable, high efficient and long-term running performance.

any one hour, 100% load/20 min、50% load/16 min、 25% load/24min —> 72% equivalent load, more than 45000h using life of reducer.
